Information you provide
When you request a quote, the form collects your name, email address, selected part numbers, quantities and any message you enter. Company name and phone number are optional. Do not include payment card details or other sensitive information in your request.
Why we use it
We use the information to answer your inquiry, identify parts, prepare a quotation and continue the related customer correspondence. Submitting a request does not place an order, reserve stock or enroll you in marketing emails. The current website does not accept online payments.
Storage and service providers
A copy of your request is saved in the website’s private administration area and sent to our business email inbox. Network Solutions provides the website hosting. Hosting, email and backup services process information needed to operate these services. Technical logs maintained by service providers may include network addresses, browser information and access times.
Human verification and security
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated submissions. Your browser communicates with Cloudflare, which processes technical browser, device and network information for verification. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for its practices. Our server also uses short-lived request counters associated with a hashed network address to limit repeated submissions. Verification does not require you to send us an identity document.
Browser storage and cookies
The quote list stores part numbers and quantities in your browser’s local storage so your list can remain available when you return. This quote-list feature does not store your contact details in local storage. You can remove individual items from the list or clear this site’s browser data to remove the saved list. Clearing browser data may also reset other site preferences. WordPress uses cookies for signed-in administration, and security services may use browser storage needed for verification.
How long information remains
The quote-request feature does not automatically delete saved requests. Website copies, email correspondence and backups may remain until removed under the relevant business or service-provider processes. You can contact us to ask about retention or request deletion. Information may need to be retained to handle an ongoing inquiry, maintain related business records or meet applicable obligations; deleting a website copy does not immediately remove separate email or backup copies.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit the form and contact us by phone instead. Contact Kurt to ask about information you supplied, request a correction or request deletion. We may need enough information to verify that a request relates to you before providing or changing records.

Product details may link to manufacturer or supplier websites. Those sites operate under their own privacy notices.
